Hello Dance family, Thank you for enrolling into our program this year! We have several fun events coming up in the next few months we wanted to share so you can mark your calendar. 

 

First, we wanted to share that we will be having a performance of the Nutcracker on December 16th at 7:00 p.m. and December 17th at 2:00 p.m. The location for the performance is the Fremont Community Theatre. Most students will practice for the performance in class. Only students that have additional parts will have more practice. Costumes will be simple that the families can create.  We will provide guidelines. If you would not like your child to participate, please contact Susan in the office by November 14th.  If we do not hear from you by then, we will assume participation. Tickets will be sold in the studio during office hours starting November 28th.   At this time, due to limited seating, tickets will be limited to two per student per show due to limited seating.  Tickets are general seating for $13.00 each. Families have until December 8th to purchase tickets. After December 5th, the remaining tickets will be available for purchase on a first come basis. 

 

Second, next week (October 31st- November 3rd) is bring a friend week. This is a great opportunity to dance with friends and share the fun our students have in class! If your child would like to bring a friend, please stop in the office before class to complete the release.  This information must be completed fully for the friend to participate! Both the current students and the friend will receive a gift! Additional discounts will be given if a friend brought registers. 

  

Thirdly, we had awesome fun at our dance team auditions! As some students could not come to our first set of dance team auditions, we will have a second opportunity for students (ages 4-18) on Thursday, November 3rd from 4:15-5:00 p.m.  We are excited to see our students at the auditions! Please have students in black leotard, tights with hair up, and jazz shoes, or something very similar. Please note that pre-registration is required.  Please call the studio or email us to register. Contact the office with any questions!

20th:  Fall Family Harvest Party, scavenger hunt, and more 5:00-7:15 p.m. $20.00 per child 

23rd – 25th:  Closed for Thanksgiving (students welcome to makeup classes missed for break) 

 25th:  Downtown Fremont Tree Lighting 7:00 p.m. 

  

December 

2nd:  Couples Date Night Dance Class 7:00-8:00 p.m. $30.00 a couple 

3rd:  Holiday Parade 6:00 p.m.  Studio Christmas Party and Santa 7:00-8:30 

10th:  Winter Wonderland Extravaganza 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. $20.00 per child 

  16th (7:00 p.m.) and 17th at  (2:00 p.m.) at the Fremont Community Theatre
